We liked great and incredible location!!

Everything was simply great. The hotel was lovely quiet and ideal with pleasant personnel specially on evening and night shift.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with very helpful staff, especially on evening and night shifts. Location is very close to restaurants, the tourist information center, and Gare du Nord train station. - Nearby Le Chateau Landon is a great place to chill out. - My favorite property in Paris.

Great location, it is literally right next to the train station which made it very convenient for getting to the airport the next day.

Hotel is a little bit shabby, the carpet in my room needed replacing badly. You can hear the trains when they come and go and the room vibrated a little but I got used to it quickly and slept fine.

The location for train travellers is excellent. The hotel is a bit old but located near many restaurants and is the cheapest of the hotels in the area.

Reception is on the second floor. Four steps to get to the elevator is a challenge for travellers with luggage and for travellers with some walking diffiiculties. A ramp could make life considerably easier. Maybe a language difficulty, but the reception came across as very abrupt, almost to the point of being rude. The manner was much friendlier in the morning at checkout.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. the staff are fairly friendly. - the location is good and magnificent. - the rooms are new-fashioned and neat. - the AC was supposed to be good.

The staff was attentive, the room - clean and cousy enough. It seems that this was a good choise.

spotlessly clean and perfect hotel, views are exceptionally good, location is decent by trains. it offers brand-new rooms, and has efficient staff specially on evening and night shift. the breakfast is not expensive with a wide array of food.

The staff here is amazingly friendly, the rooms are modern and clean, and the price is very reasonable at £108.

Located within the actual Gare De L'est Station, this hotel was reasonably priced, had working A/C and WiFi, and delivered a large breakfast spread included in the price. The staff was basically multi-lingual, and very pleasant.

The staff weren't truly fluent in English, and were unable to help me find some things I was looking for in the area, but this is really a nitpick, as they were very friendly.

The place was nicely decorated and the AC worked great. It's in a fantastic location, super close to the subway 🚇 and the main train stations, like Gare du Nord.
